Your new desk is covered by a Limited Warranty. If you experience a manufacturer defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a replacement or repair of the original desk purchased. This includes all components of the desk.

  • 5-year warranty on all electrical and mechanical components of your standing desk
  • 10-year warranty on the standing desk frame

What will Rocky Mountain Desks do to correct the problem?
Rocky Mountain Desks will examine the product and decide if it is covered under this warranty. Rocky Mountain Desks will then, at its choice, either replace the defective component or if the component is no longer available, the item will be replaced with the same or comparable product. Rocky Mountain Desks will decide, at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.

Deposit for Warranty Items and Shipping
For all warranty claims, Rocky Mountain Desks will charge a deposit covering the replacement parts and shipping costs. This deposit will be fully refunded to the customer once the defective parts are returned and confirmed to be defective by Rocky Mountain Desks. This process ensures that warranty claims are handled efficiently while also safeguarding against potential misuse of our warranty services.

Shipping of Warranty Items
Shipping of replacement parts and return shipping of defective parts will be provided at no charge to the customer, conditional upon the return of defective parts as stipulated. Once a warranty claim has been authorized, you will be provided with an RMA ticket number and a return shipping label for the defective parts. We will then schedule a pickup appointment. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred times, pickups will ultimately be subject to courier availability. A pickup must be completed within 3 weeks after a return is approved.

In the event of a warranty claim, the pickup address can differ from the original delivery address; however, it must be a valid street address within Canada.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly
  • Used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered
  • Cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.
  • Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Products that have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, or if the products have been used for commercial industrial purposes (unless otherwise stated).
  • The warranties do not cover consequential or incidental damages.

No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery, to the same customer name.
