Purchase our standing desks and get free ground shipping within Canada, we ship UPS and FedEx. Some desk accessories may not qualify for free shipping.

Please Note: Once your order has been placed and confirmed we start working on it right away, which means we are unable to make any modifications or changes to an order. For this reason, If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please note that shipping fees may still apply.
30 Day Returns
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within 30 days from the date you take receipt of the shipment.
Please Note: The item’s original box and packaging are required for all returns in order for us to issue refunds.
Once a return is requested and the required information has been provided, we will provide you with a RMA ticket number for your product. Shipment of your product must be completed within 2 weeks after the return is approved.
Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to return products.
Once the return shipment of your product has been completed and confirmed, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment used for the purchase within 5 business days. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank are 3-5 business days.
30 Day Trial Period
Each customer is eligible for one (1) 30 day trial period for their first order of a desk frame and/or desk frame with a top placed with Rocky Mountain Desks. Orders placed using the same email address, billing address, shipping address, or credit card are and will be considered as being placed by the same customer.
A customer can initiate a return within their 30 trial period; once a customer has made a return they are no longer eligible for another trial.
Please Note: To qualify for a return under the 30 day trial period, the item’s original box and packaging are required in order for us to issue refunds.

To receive a full refund, you must request a refund within 30 days of the invoice date (the date the order is placed).
Rocky Mountain Desks may deduct restocking the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy.
As long as the item is within the Return Policy period, Rocky Mountain Desks does NOT charge restocking fees for: returns of items that are still under the 30 Day Trial Period; defective products; products damaged during the original shipment; or if you received the wrong item.
In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Rocky Mountain Desks will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.
There are no fees to refund an order, but in very specific cases we may reserve the right to retain the credit card processing fees when an order is refunded. When we process a refund, our credit card processor does not refund the fees from the original charge. If a customer is seen to request a refund more than once, we reserve the right to provide a refund minus the processing fees to protect ourselves from this kind of fraud.
