After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation detailing that your order has been received and confirmed. We will then send out an email update with tracking details as the information becomes available. You are also welcome to contact us for an update at any time.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed we start working on it right away, which means an order can no longer be changed or cancelled. For this reason, in urgent cases, please contact us quickly by filling out the contact form. Please include the order number and the details of your change request and we will review your request and do the best we can.

You can place your order as a guest or register an account. Creating an account will help you checkout faster, access and view your order invoice history, and download documents related to your purchases. 


Most of our items ship free within the Canadian provinces.

Note: Shipping charges may apply to Territories and remote locations in Canada.

Products shown on the website are considered to be in-stock unless the item description specifically states "Out of Stock". 

If an item is available for backorder, a notice will be displayed on the product page.

During typical operations, if ordered by 1:00pm Eastern Time, we ship in-stock products either the same business day that they are ordered or latest by the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, please expect shipping times between 1-5 business days depending on your location. All items are shipped from Montreal, QC. 

Quebec and Ontario: typically delivered next business day

Manitoba and Saskatchewan: typically 3-4 business days

Alberta and B.C.: typically 4-5 business days

Atlantic Canada: typically 2-3 business days

Please allow flexibility with the above time frames during this time. Our shipping team is working hard to get your order to you.

After we email out your tracking information, you may need to wait a few hours for the shipping carrier to scan the barcode on your order. Please wait a few hours for the carrier to update the order status and then check again.

If you have placed an order for multiple items, it's not uncommon for the items to become separated in transit. If you did not receive all of the items from your order, there is a very good chance the remaining items will be delivered within another 1-2 business days. 

When ordering a desk frame with a desktop, these items can become separated in transit, typically this is caused by manual sorting of the larger, bulkier items at the carrier hubs.

We ship all of our products from our center in Montreal, QC.

We will be happy to help resolve any problems you might have. It is very important that you take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). Please contact us with your order number, photos, and any additional details and we will have one of our team members contact you.

Please keep the product's original box and all packaging even if it is damaged as that will help facilitate this process.


Every product should include a printed copy of the assembly instructions. You can also view and/or download a PDF copy of the "Assembly Instructions" for your specific product from our Assembly Instructions and Specs page.

You will need an Allen wrench (which is included in desk hardware pack) to assemble the frame. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to attach the frame to your desktop.

You do not need a drill or any power tools, there is no need to drill pilot holes in our desktop before attaching with the provided screws.

Our desktops are finished on all sides and are not pre-drilled. The only tool you will need is a Phillips screwdriver to attach the desktop with the screws we provide. 


In most cases, you may just have to do a quick reset of your desk. This process fixes a majority of issues. See our Troubleshooting page for details. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at 1 (855) 241-6580 and we will be happy to assist you.

If you purchased a product from a reseller, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist you.


The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within 30 days from the date you take receipt of the shipment. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund. Opened / assembled products are subjected to a restocking fee.
